With Daniel Craig on the way out as James Bond, Superman star Henry Cavill steps up to take over the role in this concept design.
Sure, Henry Cavill is incredible as Superman in the DC Extended Universe, but he’s also proved time and time again that his acting skills can be put to good use elsewhere in other well-known franchises like The Witcher. And after a recent interview saw Cavill say that he’d love to take a shot at playing James Bond after Daniel Craig, it’s easy to see how the star could step into 007’s shoes for the next film after No Time To Die.
Outside of The Witcher and Superman, audiences have also seen Henry Cavill play the nefarious CIA operative August Walker in Mission: Impossible – Fallout, so the actor is no stranger to playing a hardened spy. However, this design from digital artist Spdrmnkyxxiii uses a poster from the recent Enola Holmes Netflix film to imagine what Cavill could like if he replaced Daniel Craig int he role. With the suit and the character’s iconic Walther PPK pistol, he definitely looks the part. Take at Henry Cavill as James Bond below!
